She now leads two innovative ventures: Global Innovatrix Pvt Ltd.\, focusing on digital transformation\, carbon trading\, and sustainability; and Ecowise Solutions Pvt Ltd.\, offering industrial automation and environmental metrics solutions. Ms. Salman has held several leadership roles\, including Senior Vice President at the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI)\, President of the Rotary Club of Karachi Cosmopolitan (2024–2025)\, Chairperson of the Startups and Incubation Standing Committee at KATI\, and Convener of the FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Higher Education\, Science & Technology. Deeply committed to academia\, she voluntarily serves as Focal Person for the FPCCI & UNIDO-ITPO Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center\, is a Notified Member and Focal Person for the STEVTA & KATI Committee\, and sits on the ORIC Boards of nine universities\, in addition to chairing three vocational training center IMCs. Her contributions include founding the Dr. Sami uz Zaman Research Memorial Lab at the University of Karachi\, launching the first STEVTA incubation center at the Govt. Polytechnic Institute for Women\, Landhi\, and authoring project management training resources for USAID programs at IoBM.
