He has worked with over 600 startups, securing Rs. 4 billion+ in investments and creating 100,000+ jobs. He has spearheaded key initiatives like "BuiltByHer," "Karachi Citizen Lab," and "Make Space."

Majid is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in manufacturing, retail, media, telecommunication and technology. As the Operations Manager, he oversees Employer Branding, Event Management, Recruitment and Sourcing, Administrations, and Employee Relations. With excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities, Majid is committed to driving success and growth at NIC Karachi.

Andeel Ali is an experienced civil society activist and program manager with a strong background in human rights education, community development, and countering violent extremism. He is committed to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of both organizations, as well as the startups and social enterprises they support, as the Manager of the Monitoring and Evaluation department at National Incubation Center - Karachi and Karachi Citizen Lab. Andeel is also a passionate citizen journalist and advocate for social justice.
