When and Where
The incubation program starts with 7 training sessions, each lasting 3.5 hours, and will be held at the National Incubation Center Karachi. Selected participants will be able to pick between morning (starting at 10.30 am) or afternoon (starting at 3.30 pm) sessions. The program will be delivered in four cohorts:
First Cohort - Tuesday
Second Cohort - Wednesday
Third Cohort - Thursday
Fourth Cohort - Saturday

The application deadline for the first edition of the XSeed Program is the 15th of August. Please submit your application before the deadline to be considered for the program.
The program is open to early-stage entrepreneurs (pre-revenue) from any industry and any type of business.
The XSeed Startup Incubation Program is completely free of charge, fee-free and equity-free. We believe in providing equal opportunities to all entrepreneurs, regardless of their financial situation.
Our mentors are experienced professionals from various industries who will guide you through every step of your startup journey. They will provide tailored advice, resources, and support to help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals.
While we strongly encourage participants to attend all sessions to make the most out of the program, we understand that certain circumstances may prevent you from attending every session. Participants who miss more than two sessions may not be eligible for the certificate of participation or invitations to exclusive events.
While the XSeed Startup Incubation Program does not directly provide funding, we offer valuable networking opportunities with potential investors and partners during our events, including the annual Investor Demo Day.
The program is designed for in-person participation at our facility in Karachi, Pakistan. We believe that in-person collaboration and interaction are crucial to achieving the best results.
Yes, multiple team members from a startup can participate in the program. However, please note that space may be limited, and priority will be given to founders and co-founders.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of participation and be invited to exclusive monthly events, networking opportunities, and our annual Investor Demo Day. These events will help you continue building relationships and learning from experts in the industry.
We respect the confidentiality of all participating startups. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the program will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Participants are encouraged not to share any confidential information unless they feel comfortable doing so.
