Trainer:
M. Waqas Ghani has around 9 years of capital markets experience. He is a CFA Charterholder and a qualified Public accountant. He also holds an MSc in Accounting and Finaance from the University of Northampton, UK.

Waqas Ghani has been named the best analyst in Pakistan by Asia Money (Euro Money) for notable coverage on multiple sectors for the last two years.

Ghani is currently heading Equity Research at a top equity brokerage and investment banking firm in Pakistan. Before this, he worked for one of the largest mutual funds in Pakistan for several years where he was responsible for equity research to help the Investment Committee manage its equity funds. Over the years, he has been involved in the hiring and training of several new analysts in Pakistan’s financial markets.

Ghani is a hard worker, is passionate about working in the capital markets, and with a well-rounded experience in both the buy-side and sell-side equity research, he has gained the necessary skillset to deliver as an investment professional. Ghani aspires to become a valuable contributor to the global financial industry and corporate world in general.
