With over 11 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving innovation, and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Currently, I oversee the end-to-end online business management for one of the leading fashion brands in Pakistan.

I am passionate about creating engaging and memorable online shopping experiences for customers, leveraging my skills in web content, new media, digital marketing, and tech innovation. I have successfully led the 360 revamp of the e-business for Bonanza Satrangi and Alkaram Studio, including platform migration from Magento 2.3 to Shopify, OMS and CRM deployment, omni-channel and multi-warehousing model expansion, and human capital development. I have also introduced industry-first features such as shoppable lookbook, AR for beauty, and gamification for the fragrance category, resulting in 120% growth from last year on the net and GP targets, while maintaining return and cancellation rates under 10%.

In addition to my role as the Head of E-commerce, I also serve as a Corporate Advisory Board Member and a Visiting Faculty at SZABIST, where I share my expertise and insights with the community. I hold a Masters of Advertising degree from SZABIST, and I have been honored as one of the Top 20 Influential Pakistani Women on LinkedIn and as One under 30 by Branding in Asia. I am motivated by the vision of transforming the e-commerce landscape in Pakistan and empowering women in the tech sector.
