Trainer: I am a trauma-informed facilitator, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner, art as therapy practitioner, and founder of Parindey training and consulting. We work to build resilient communities through countering violent extremism and promoting mental health in Pakistan. I am a certified Facebook facilitator trained to implement the #Shemeansbusiness and #wethinkdigital programs. In 2022 I completed my post- grad diploma in Gender Equality from the University of Iceland with the final project focusing on digital violence, extremism, and gender. I am a Harvard Graduate of Public Narrative Executive Leadership program. In 2019, I became a member of Pakistan’s first National Youth Council through which I focus on building programs and policy for civic engagement and youth-focused institutional reform. For seven years, I have introduced design thinking principles within marginalized communities to empower citizens to take ownership of local development.
