On the 8th of March, NICK hosted the Women’s Maker Market in celebration of International Women’s Day. Female-led businesses from across Karachi took part in the event that included food, arts and crafts, music, and more. NICK startups and students of NED University took part in the event as customers and audience members.
The event aimed to encourage aspiring female founders to take their first steps towards entrepreneurship by connecting to customers through the NICK platform.
Some of the businesses showcasing included bechlo.pk, Pyari Cheezein, Stationary PK, Baking You Crazy and Sethi Learning.
