Faiza Yousuf is a seasoned Product and Program Leader and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building tech products, leading teams, and driving innovation. Her expertise lies in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and aligning user experiences with strategic business goals. Faiza operates a global consulting practice with clients like TestGorilla, Chegg Skills, and SkillSoft. She is also recognized as an Upwork Expert-Vetted freelancer, ranking in the top 1%.
Faiza is the founder of WomenInTechPK, Pakistan’s largest community for women in technology, boasting over 10,000 members and 100+ global partners. She co-founded CodeGirls, a free coding boot camp that has trained more than 800 women, achieving a 65% placement rate. Additionally, she co-founded CaterpillHERs, an entrepreneurship and career accelerator that has supported 100+ startups, facilitated 200+ career advancements, and partnered with 60+ organizations worldwide. CaterpillHERs also launched koi.work, an HR-tech platform for hiring and managing tech talent.
An international speaker and advocate for community building, Faiza serves as an ambassador for CryptoChicks, an initiative empowering women in blockchain and AI. Her work has garnered recognition from prestigious organizations such as Google, the White House, the United States Institute of Peace, Visa Foundation, IREX, USAID, EQUALS Global Partnership, inDrive, and UNDP.
Faiza is an IVLP Fellow, a World Bank’s WomenX Pakistan program graduate at IBA, and an alumna of the Aga Khan University Women’s Leadership Academy (AKU-WLA). She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer and Information Technology from NED University, along with a range of professional certifications. As a mentor to early-stage tech founders and a lecturer at local universities, she actively contributes to the growth of the tech ecosystem.
